Return and Refund
A return query has to be raised within 48 hrs of the receipt of the shipment. Our policy lasts for 48 hrs post delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer must return the shipment to the address communicated by email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3 working days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need an replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For a size related issue, you will need to send us the product in the original condition. We will send another shipment with the size of your choice.
To return your product, it needs to be mailed to our nearest warehouse, indicated by us through e-mail.
The shipping charges incurred would be reimbursed by us on producing a valid shipment bill.
